Details:

  • Renovate 10,000 sq. ft. showroom, with 10,000 sq ft. warehouse
  • Keep store open for business and maintain safe work environment for customers and staff
  • Demolish existing block demising walls of 3 units to construct open-concept retail with new, separate warehouse/shipping space
  • Include mezzanine and shelving structures for product storage
  • Upgrade lighting throughout facility
  • Install 3,000 sq. ft. of offices and washrooms
  • Install multi-coloured, epoxy floor finish throughout retail and warehouse
  • Spray paint perimeter block walls and underside of roof deck
